sales, software development, and consulting services.
He has

their purpose, goals, core values and strategy. The results are an
energized, cohesive team that can clearly communicate where the firm is
going and how each person plays a role in implementing strategy.

Griff
was a co-Founder, President and Co-CEO of a software start-up built
around methodologies and processes that were used in his (and his
co-founder’s) management and marketing consulting practices.
He most
recently helped form a 501(c)(3), Liberty Kidz International, Inc.
(www.libertykidz.org), building and operating orphanages in Thailand and
Nepal.
Currently, he teaches at a local university as an
adjunct, writes on sales, marketing, business and leadership and is a
motivational speaker, trainer, and provides consulting services to
companies who want to expand their revenue and increase their impact
through customer-centric thinking and innovation.
About Richard Fedchenko:
Dick
is a highly experienced professional in the marketing of high
technology capital goods in the business-to-business environment, with
emphasis on strategic planning, development of new markets, introduction
of new technologies, and market penetration.
He has hands-on
experience as a manager in all phases of corporate marketing programs,
as a corporate executive and as a general manager. including both
domestic and international responsibilities. He has also been an
owner and/or founder of several small companies, including
manufacturing, computer retail sales, software development, and
consulting services.
His consulting clients have included DuPont,
Hewlett-Packard, Fisons, IBM, Northrop, Perkin Elmer, Varian, Milton
Roy, Corning Glass, Lockheed, Penn Central, La Jolla Technology, Vadaq,
Torrey Investments, Smith-Kline-Beckman, Kratos, Larse, Iowa State
University, and numerous others. In addition to his expertise in
strategy and marketing he is highly experienced in conducting market
research and providing insightful analyses and action plans based on the
results.
His involvement in international business spans over 40
years, working in managerial positions for DuPont, Kodak, Perkin Elmer,
Kratos, and 3D Systems. In addition to acting in positions with
responsibility for both importing and exporting products and services, he has had direct responsibility for global strategic and marketing
management for international operations in major world markets. Dick has
traveled widely in Western Europe, South America, the Pacific Rim,
Russia and China, and has conducted business in over 40 countries.
Dick
interspersed his management career with 15 years of full time teaching
at the college level, serving as professor and department chair in
business.
